PREHEATER
WEBBER INTERNATIONAL is one of the technical leaders worldwide in this field. The raw meal processed in the kiln first passes through the preheater absorbing the heat content of the kiln and gases minimizing the heat consumption of the system.
KILN
WEBBER INTERNATIONAL supplies rotary kilns with two or three support piers. Kiln tyres and radial rollers support the kiln and transfer loads to the piers. Kiln dimensions are selected to minimize stresses and ensure a long kiln lifetime.
COOLER
WEBBER INTERNATIONAL has gained almost 20 years of experience and has been responsible for many of the innovative milestones reached in the past decades that are considered today as state-of-the-art in the cement industry.
ROLL CRUSHER
WEBBER INTERNATIONAL has been supplying the roller crusher for crushing clinker since 2010. The rollers rotate at a significantly slower speed < 10 rpm and crush the coarse fraction with less dust generation.
